PENGARUH SELF-CONCEPT DAN SELF-EFFICACY TERHADAP MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI MAHASISWA JURUSAN MANAJEMEN BERBASIS KKNI

Abstract


This study aims to determine 1) the effect of Self Concept on Achievement Motivation, 2) the effect of Self-Efficacy on Achievement Motivation 3) the joint influence of Self Concept and Self-Efficacy on Achievement Motivation. The subjects of this study were students majoring in management of FEB UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta. With a sample of 146 students. Of the questionnaires distributed, only 140 were eligible for processing. To test the hypothesis used descriptive analysis method and multiple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that 1) The effect of Self Concept on Achievement Motivation is 0.263, 2) The Influence of Self-Efficacy on Achievement Motivation is 0.244 3) The effect of Self Concept and Self-Efficacy together on Achievement Motivation with Fcount of 66.075. The coefficient of determination (R2adj) is 0.485, which means that around 48.5% of the variation in the Achievement Motivation variable can be explained by the Self-Concept and Self-Efficacy variables, while the remaining 51.5% is explained by variations in variables outside the model. The conclusions in this study are 1) Self-concept has an effect on Achievement Motivation, 2) Self-Efficacy has an effect on Achievement Motivation 3) Self-Concept and Self-Efficacy together on Achievement Motivation.


Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh Self Concept terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi, 2) pengaruh Self-Efficacy terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi 3) pengaruh secara bersama-sama Self Concept dan Self-Efficacy terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi . Subjek penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa jurusan manajemen FEB UPN”Veteran” Yogyakarta. Dengan sampel 146 Mahasiswa. Dari kuesioner yang disebarkan hanya 140 yang layak untuk diolah. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan  metode analisis Deskriptif dan metode analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pengaruh Self Concept  terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi sebesar 0,263, 2) Pengaruh Self-Efficacy terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi sebesar 0,244 3) Pengaruh Self Concept dan Self-Efficacy secara bersama-sama terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 66,075. Koefisien determinasi (R2adj) sebesar 0,485 yang berarti bahwa sekitar 48,5% variasi pada variabel Motivasi Berprestasi mampu diterangkan oleh variabel  Self-Concept dan Self-Efficacy , sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 51,5 % diterangkan oleh variasi variabel di luar model. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Self Concept berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi, 2) Self-Efficacy berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi 3) Self Concept dan Self-Efficacy secara bersama-sama terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi.
