DIPLOMASI MASKER CHINA DAN KETERLIBATAN PEOPLE’S LIBERATION ARMY

Abstract


ABSTRAK
Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan seluruh negara mengalami kesulitan terutama dalam menangani isu kesehatan. China, yang sejak awal telah dianggap sebagai episentrum pandemi telah melakukan berbagai tindakan untuk merespon hal tersebut, bukan hanya dalam lingkup domestik namun juga secara global. Salah satunya dapat dilihat dari pemberian bantuan dukungan medis melalui diplomasi masker yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Cina maupun People’s Liberation Army. Penulisan ilmiah ini diharapkan bisa memberikan informasi khususnya dalam bahasa Indonesia mengenai diplomasi masker ini. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengolah data yang didapat dari buku, jurnal, e-jurnal, serta laman berita terpercaya. Penelitian ini dapat menemukan bahwa dengan dilakukannya diplomasi masker ini, pemerintah Cina dan People’s Liberation Army memiliki agenda lain dibalik pemberian bantuan-bantuan tersebut.
