PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT KOPI DI DESA GIRI TIRTO, KECAMATAN KARANGGAYAM, KABUPATEN KEBUMEN, JAWA TENGAH
Abstract
Community emporwement is a concept of social economic development. To get of facilities and business opportunities as well as partner in community programs with business group of Tudung Tani. Tudung Tani is engaged in productive economy wich consist of three farmer groups. The business group is located in Ciritirto village, Karanggayam sub-district, Kebumen district, Central Java. The community business has been become a center in the village of Giritirto. Its product in the packaged coffee Gemplong and Kopiku became the basic interest of the people of Giritirto which was established in 2015. The community business aimed of providing a forum for coffee plantation ain order to be easier for them in raw material procurement or result of marketing. One of the advantage of this coffee packaging center is packaging of pure coffee is relatively cheap price with the target market. The marketing process of the production at the beginning of this business was carried out by selling coffee in simple packaging at villages and market. Base on advances in drying and packaging technology, coffee sales have gotton better at marketing. The farmer are not familiar with the online marketing system and it has now become one of the effective marketing methods. Beside that the development of business must also be accompanied by coachingsuch as administration, financial management and marketing.
