PENINGKATAN HASIL PRODUKSI MELALUI PEMANFAATAN MESIN PEMARUT KELAPA PADA KELOMPOK USAHA MAKANAN TRADISIONAL “HANA SNACK”
Abstract
The "HANA SNACK" business group is a form of community business consisting of 7 families that produces various kinds of food for celebrations and others, especially the manufacture of traditional wet food, marrow jenang, jenang seeds Salah and nogosari. So far, the grating process has been carried out by inserting a self-designed machine that gives the effect of noise and the results of the grater are still rough. The solution provided is to improve the production process by making a tool or grating machine that is designed by assembling a rotator machine that can move the slice or knife to get a larger, faster, smoother grater and a quieter sound. The Community Service Program that has been implemented by implementing a Grate Machine has been proven to have increased the speed of the production process within 1 minute and can grate 8 coconuts.
