PENINGKATAN KEBERLANGSUNGAN USAHA KUB ”SOPONYONO” MELALUI IJIN USAHA , PEMASARAN ONLINE, DAN PRODUCT BRANDING

Abstract


The purpose of this Community Partnership Program is to optimize the production capacity of corn chips from partner businesses, namely the Joint Business Group "SOPONYONO", through improvement of production equipment, improvement of marketing systems and business financial management. There are three aspects of the problems that cause the underdevelopment of KUB "SOPONYONO", namely: (1) the limitations of modern equipment, (2) the lack of good business management and the absence of application of packaging innovations in production so that it will be more attractive and in demand by the public, and (3) lack of knowledge about internet-based marketing system. This can be seen from the condition that so far consumers from partners are only from neighbors and the community around the KUB. In this PKM activity, the service provider provides modern tools that can help business actors to increase the production of corn chips and also an online-based marketing system that can help increase the marketing area which has an impact on increasing production capacity to ensure business existence in the future. The output of this activity is scientific articles published in journals or proceedings, HAKI Copyright Books with ISBNs, while the output from partners is an increase in partner empowerment in the form of increasing production capacity, increasing sales turnover and finally increasing partner welfare.
