RESTORASI KAWASAN EKOWISATA MANGROVE WANATIRTA DUSUN PASIR MENDIT, KABUPATEN KULONPROGO, PASCA PANDEMI COVID 19

Abstract

The Wanatirta mangrove ecosystem conservation group is one of the community groups who are active in conserving and developing mangrove ecotourism in Jangkaran Village, Kulon Progo. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors, one of which is tourism. Ecotourism wanatirta is inseparable from the impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, a significant decrease in tourists has resulted in a decrease in income for operational management and mangrove forest infrastructure facilities. Physical impacts include damage to various infrastructure facilities such as mangrove trails, gazebos, parking lots, toilets, prayer rooms and other facilities. The purpose of this service activity is to help increase the empowerment of the Wanatirta mangrove ecotourism group after the Covid 19 pandemic by building and repairing various facilities and infrastructure such as mangrove trails, gazebos and parking facilities. It is hoped that the construction of these infrastructure facilities can help encourage the increase in mangrove ecotourism and increase the attractiveness of tourists to visit Wanatirta mangrove forest ecotourism.
